In 2002 she graduated with honors from the faculty of law of Moscow state University after Lomonosov. From 2002 to 2004 – leading specialist, consultant, Deputy Head of the Department of state environmental expertise of the Ministry of natural resources of the Russian Federation. From 2004 to 2007 – Deputy Head of the Department of specially protected natural territories, environmental expertise and licensing activities of "Rosprirodnadzor". From 2007 to 2009 – Deputy Director of the Department of state policy in the field of environmental protection of the Ministry of natural resources of the Russian Federation. From 2009 to 2011 – chief of staff of the State Duma Committee on natural resources, nature management and ecology. Since 2011 – Deputy General Director of "METALLOINVEST".
