Born and raised in Chukotka. In 1995, she received a degree in teaching Russian language, literature, Chukchi language and Northern literature. In 2003, she graduated from the far Eastern Academy of public administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in Manager of state and municipal administration, specializing in financial and tax management. She worked in the office of the Governor and government of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. Since 2009, she has been the Executive Director of the non-profit organization "Kupol social development Fund". The Kupol Foundation supports projects on a competitive basis in the following areas: support for indigenous peoples, education and training, health care and support for small businesses. Actively engaged in social activities. She is the Vice-President of the regional public organization "Association of indigenous peoples of Chukotka".
