Olga Evdokimova graduated from the University of Antwerp business school with honors, and has a higher education diploma in Economics. For about 10 years she served in financial sector as a senior executive at the Bank Uralsib and its branches, and, in 2013-2014 - as a member of the Board of Directors at the UralSib Financial Group. In 2004, Olga joined the nonprofit community, and, since then, served as a head for several nonprofit organizations. She led the creation and development of the Victoria Children’s Charitable Foundation, and initiated – as a founder – three professional associations, including Evaluation of Social Programs, Projects and Services in the Field of Child Welfare (member of the Coordinating Council), the Fundraisers’ Association (2014-2015 – the Association member), and the Creation of Shared Value community of practice. Olga is an expert in nonprofit management, international philanthropy and the shared value creation; an accredited consultant of the international Shared Value Initiative, and a certified SROI specialist. She is also the Board member of the Association of the Program and Policy Evaluators, expert of a number of nonprofit and public grant-making foundations, and a member of the Cross-Functional Advisory Group on Drafting Proposition on Greater Accessibility and Higher Quality of Public (Municipal) Services, which was established by the Russian Ministry of Finance order N 353 as of 28 September 2012.
