Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Romance and Germanic Philology, Spanish Language and Literature.
Fatima began professional career in 1996 as a translator of the Spanish language in "Rosvneshtorg" at the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of the Russian Federation. She worked as a coordinator of the magazine "Info-Business"(1997-1998), Deputy Chief Editor of "Business journal" (1998-2002). She was an assistant to the Deputy of the State Duma of the 4th and 5th convocations for work in the State Duma M.L. Shakkuma (2006-2009). She began her career in the social sector as the advisor to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Policy of L.A. Shvetsova (2009-2011) with an emphasis on work to prevent orphanhood. In 2011, she became Deputy Director of "Art, Science and Sport" Charity Foundation. The Foundation helps in organizing socially significant initiatives in the field of art, science and sport. Fatima Mukhomedzhan has been developing a regional support program, which includes urban development (cultural platform ART-OKNO), development of the non-profit sector (NKO-SOKRAT program) and promotion of healthy lifestyle (#VSENASPORT). She takes an active part in Russian and international sectoral events, forums and conferences on culture, science and education, as well as the development of the non-profit sector.
